The MathWay tool is free, so use it all you like. It's pretty intuitive and will give you the answers to any problem you can figure out how to plug into it. If you want to see the explanations, you'll need to subscribe to their service (it's cheap). This is really going to come in handy for the folks doing the ALEKS and StraighterLine courses, but if you're preparing for the College Algebra or Precalculus exams it can help quite a bit as well.
For all of you anti-affiliate folks out there, don't sign up for the explanations here on FCP. We make a few bones when you do. Of course we also have a deal worked out where you get 10 days of explanations free. Ethical dilemma time! Free explanations or evil affiliate code? *evil laughter* Seriously speaking, it's the only way I could figure out how to get those ten free days for everyone. The default is seven, so I cranked it up as high as it would go. Use em or not, it's up to you.
If anyone finds another tool that works as well and provides free explanations, let me know. I've been looking for quite some time and this is still the best one I've found.
Happy problem solving!
