To get things started, here are some resources found on the free section of InstantCert. There are some mentions of the Exam Specific Threads, but I've tried to keep those to a minimum. As always, I would recommend subscribing to IC so you can get access to the actual Exam Specific thread. That's it... Even in the Specific Exam thread there's only one post about this exam which is kind of scary. The poster does go into detail with what's on the exam but you'll need to be a subscriber to access it. I'll keep looking for feedback on this one.
