Easy pass!

I just passed the Analyzing and Interpreting Literature CLEP with a 75. I spent about 2 days "studying" with REA's Best Test Prep guide. I have to say, their practice exams are a lot tougher than the actual exam. I took two self-tests from their book and scored a 50 and 53, just barely passing. So keep that in mind when studying - if you can pass their tests, you should pass the actual exam no problem.
If you read a lot and read a variety of stuff, you should do well. It would help to study the lists of terms this site provided in the study help section. But mostly you just have to interpret poems and literature selections. Every question can be narrowed down immediately to 2 choices, making educated guesses easier. Also, there were a lot of questions that I didn't feel required interpreting at all, because the answer was found in the selection itself - just like those elementary competency tests we used to take.
Good Luck!!
